Summer Reading 2017

 

Summer Reading is listed below.

Honors Nine students should read The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas and be prepared for an assignment. 

Cambridge Nine students should read The Count of Monte Cristo and The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde and be prepared for an assignment.  

Honors Ten students should read Year of the Hangman and be prepared for an assignment. 

Cambridge Ten students should read The Hound of the Baskervilles or The Picture of Dorian Gray and create a presentation.  Instruction can be found on the school website. Follow this link.

Honors Eleven students should read The Old Man and the Sea. 

AP Eleven students should read The Old Man and the Sea and The Great Gatsby, and keep reading journals. Students should create T-W-I-S-T presentation of one of the novels.  Directions for journals and suggestions for presentation will be on the school website. Click on this link.  

Honors Twelve students should read 1984 and be prepared for a test.
