School starts Monday, August 11, 2025. If you have not registered your child for school yet, please make sure to do so as soon as possible. First, complete your online registration using this link: https://www.mcpss.com/o/mcps/page/registration. Once you’ve finished the online portion, please refer to the flyer for the dates and times you can visit the school to complete and drop off the required documentation.
MCPSS recently featured sixth-grade ELA teacher Julia Williams as a Staff Spotlight from Calloway-Smith.
Thank you to the Gayle Benson Foundation and the Fuse Project for our new lobby furniture. Our students and visitors are enjoying the new chairs and couches, which make our school look great.
Our PE coaches had a fantastic time engaging in professional development at the ASAHPERD Spring Conference! They gained valuable insights, fresh strategies, and new ideas to bring back to our students. We’re excited to see how their experience will continue to enhance our PE program and promote wellness across our school community.
