Restaurant, Food & Beverage Services Pathway

10th Grade: Hospitality & Tourism
11th Grade: Culinary Arts I
12th Grade: Event Planning 

In this pathway, students will be introduced to hospitality & tourism; recreation, travel & tourism; restaurants, food & beverages services; customer relations; and quality services that are so vital to our local economy. Students will also learn about development & economics of the industry, research, packaging, promotion, marketing , admissions, and safety. The required school-based laboratory for this pathway is a commercial food service kitchen with a food serving and dining area.
